I needed a Battery on a 0 degree morning. I stopped in the store at 7:45, 15 Minutes before opening time and drove away 30 minutes later with a new battery fantastic!

Once again, Big O saved me. I had a slow leaking tire on the way home - on a Friday - almost at their closing time. Oh my goodness. Yet, with a smile, they took care of my tire, and got me out just a few minutes past their closing time. Believe me, no one else would have done this! Thank you Big O!!

Everyone here is knowledgeable and super nice! In the thirty minutes I spent there I would say they saw a ton of people and had them all in and out so quickly. They were giving me plenty of updates and I trusted their judgement. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my tires fixed!

I had a dentist appointment about 45 minutes from home and got a flat. My rim developed a leak on the outside. Big O got me in immediately and repaired it. Thanks Big O. Nice guys.

I went to get a tire repaired (nail). I met with Dennis, an excellent representative of Big O. I asked him to check my shocks for wear and he did. In doing so he found the ball joints were in need or replacing. I received a quote which I am sure was fair but not affordable at this time.

I pulled in the parking lot and was greeted with a smile. I had first gone to Michel's because it was closer, I walked in and no one was there to wait on me, so I walked out, so I drove to the new BIG O location. My oil change was completed in the time I needed it to be to leave on vacation. All went well.
