The gentleman that helped me out was very friendly and helpful. I felt at ease with him due to his knowledge and willingness to help me get what I needed for my car. Service was also quick and efficient. I loved being able to get my car taken care of and not be waiting all day for it to be done. Thank you so much!

Needed 4 odd size tires short notice. Every single interaction I had with this shop was great. Good price, good tires, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very pleased!

I had a flat, stopped at Sam's and Raben as they were very close. No one had my size. Next closest was your store and while the navigation suggestions from your employee were not the best. I found my way, then advised him of his innocent errors. It was the end of the day, but they got me right in, fixed up and on my way in about 20 minutes or less. They could have put the spare back into the well and closed it up. That would have been an appreciated nice touch which they did at my local Madison Indiana store. otherwise a great visit, great service, very pleasant salesperson Keith.

Danny is always more than helpful, gets the job done timely and right. Recommend this store over any of the other southern Indiana Big O stores.

After going to other places for years, BigO is where I will go from now on to buy tires

I had a tire with a very slow leak and you quickly filled it 2 different times, about 3 weeks apart. The 3rd time my warning light came on I asked at the reception desk if you would take it off and check it. This was done in about a half hour's time, the rim cleaned of corrosion, and the tire replaced and it is doing fine. I live in Sellersburg and drove to your location in Jeffersonville because of the helpful service. Then to beat all, there was no charge. I will definitely be back when I need new tires. Thanks a heap!!!!!

Great employees in front end. Very friendly and courteous. Ended up having two vehicles in. My daughter was in a week or so ago and they forgot to replace her headlight. They had worked on her tires for not holding air. She asked them to check them. Two valve stems fell off and had to be replaced. Only issue we had. She wasn't too happy
