The employee I talked to on the phone and the employee in the store were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to make an appointment in the morning for only a couple hours later, and my car was done quickly. When it came to actual parts I needed, they explained my price range options, and I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive item like at other stores.

Always excellent customer service. They give an approximate amount of time for the service required and they are pretty good at their approximations. Also due to the fact we have multiple vehicles serviced they always remind me if something else needs to be done to whatever vehicle I am driving at the time.

I did make an on line appointment on a Saturday but the store was super busy. Came back on a Tuesday & car was serviced quickly. I wouldn't recommend making an online appointment. Call 1st to see if shop is busy. Good service overall.
