Big O Tires

I set up an online appointment on Saturday July 30th for noon.I received a call saying they had an immediate spot open as they were not busy. The had the size tire I needed. 205/60/15. Went in and had the new tires put on my 2002 Kia optima.I kid you not, I was in and out in a matter of an hour.I am very pleased with the service, and when I need new tires for another vehicle, I will be coming right back!Thank you!

Another Auto Shop tired to rip me off by telling me i needed unnecessary repairs (Michel Tires). Took my truck to Big O tires.Your mechanics gave me an honest answers and repaired my truck cheaper.

They got my car finished quickly and we're very polite! All the people that I talked to were professional and thorough. Unlike the Clarksville store, who had my car for 4 hours and then called and said they couldn't do it. And were rude to me when I went to pick up the car. Jeffersonville you rock!I will make the drive even though the other is just down the street.

I was going on vacation in two days and had very little time. I went in, in the middle of the day,on a Wednesday,hoping they could get me in for an oil change before I left. Not only did they get me in, I was in &out in no time.And it feels great that when I go in there, they know me, they know me by name.

Another great experience at Big O. I had been in need of a tire rotation and oil change and kept meaning to schedule.... but as most things in life, My left turn signal lights decide to go on the worst snow day of the year. The store was completely packed with customers. Yet each person was greeted, their individual needs assessed and the turn around was still in an extremely timely manner. Each Big O staff member was a complete professional. Even when the wrong size light was delivered that staff was quick to correct the error. Very pleased with the service and the staff members at this location. Would definitely recommend to others.
