My car was over heating & I drove around to many places that could possibly help me & was told because of the type of vehicle I had I would have to go to the dealership to get the issue fixed. I decided to stop at Big O Tires & sure enough they ordered the part for my vehicle, fixed my vehicle , gave other suggestions for my vehicle, all staff members I came into contact with was very respectable, & keep in close contact with me on my vehicle. Most importantly they provided superior customer service. I would recommend "Big O Tires" to any and everyone if you want the job done effectively. This is my number one choice.

Great service

My car is still making a roaring noise. The last 3 tire rotation I have had this checked. I even had you drive it this time. I have had the tires 3 years but still have good tread. The noise is worse so I figure the tires on the front must be worse. I am going to be forced to purchase new tires or car. This noise is so annoying!! Dennis told me you might help me out with cost. I am on vacation but will be in soon. You all are very helpful & curteous.

I have bought two new sets of tires in the last three years here. Won't go any place else. Best customer service. Danny was great. I was in and out in 35 minutes with four new tires. That is un heard of. Couldn't believe it when they said my car was done already. So thank you all customer for life here.

They even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait for my new tires to be mounted. Then picked me up when my car was ready!

I had a problem with my tires, which are good, roaring. They performed a front end alignment, ans Ihoped it solved the problem. All the folks who work there are very friendly and attempt to solve any problem.
