I love the service I get at this location. Danny is very caring and helpful.

Overall a great experience. A little hard to get a hold of someone to setup the appointment on the phone but, other than that, it was great.

The service was trustworthy as usual, they are very friendly and sincere every time I visit them.

Store went above and beyond not only for me, but at least 6 others that encountered the monster chuck hole literally in front of the store on Allison Lane. While technically after 6:00, store stayed open to help all of us that needed it. You now have a customer for life.

Danny was extremely helpful regarding all my questions and concerns.

I went in thinking I needed to buy a new tire.The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable! They were able to find the problem with my flat and fix it! Plus there was no charge for the flat repair! I will definitely be returning for my next set of tires, and possibly other service needs!

I use to go to valvoline for my oil changes but the last few times I have went they have told me I wasn't the owner of my car or they broke my radiator...so we started going to big o tires and we have had the best experience and best customer service since we have changed.
