Big O Tires

Service performed was installation of TPMS sensors in aftermarket wheels. Danny got me in and out rapidly. Technician paid attention to detail, very courteous and professional. Handled the wheels as though they were his own. Price was very reasonable. Repeat customer for a reason!

You guys always Rock! I had my oil changed and they were supposed to have checked all of the fluids and on my way home went to hit my wiper and washer and there was no fluid. I dropped my car off the other day to check the power steering. I receive a phone call the next day about the repairs. Everytime I'm at Big O Tires I always receive excellent customer service. All of the staff are always very helpful. Also the staff are knowledgeable about car repairs and I appreciate that as a repeated customer.

Josh was good as usual when I go up there with me vehicle or our daughter's car the work has always been good & always meet our expectations when I go there so I'll be coming back with her vehicle & ours for more services thanks Big O.

Couple of questions. 1) I requested several things, one of them being an alignment. I guess my tires were aligned but going in I knew one of my tires needed air. On the way home I checked my interior gauge and saw that the low tire was still low. I'm just curious, why wouldn't an alignment involve checking the air pressure to make sure that all tires had equal pressure. 2) I purchased new tires from you on 4/30/2018 and had other things done, oil change, etc.. I come in for an oil change on 8-7-2018. And then again this week on 6-26. I purchased your 1 year alignment for 99.95. I'm just curious, did I need to purchase this. I thought by purchasing tires from you I would have received a life time balance, etc. Can you please confirm what comes with the purchase of your tires. 3) Finally, when I log into your website there is no service history. I'd like to be able to keep track of oil changes and when the next one is due, even tire rotations, etc. Why do I have an account with no service history. When I checked in the salesman, Keith Pointer was quick to suggest I purchase the 1 year alignment but couldn't find me in the data base. Upon checking out and paying I was then told he found me in the system. That's great but again, did I purchase something that I didn't need. This is not a slam on Mr. Pointer, he was very professional and I'm sure doing his job, it just seems that since I had an appointment my history should have been in the system. Thank you.

Very fast service, even with no appointment. I was able to get my tire repaired, instead of replaced, which was a bonus.

The professional auto specialist at BIG O always are courteous and provide excellent service. I would recommend them for any tire service needs.

I had a number of particular problems and the staff handled them all in an efficient and friendly manner.

The team accepted my car to fix a flat about 30 minutes before they were hoping to close the day prior to Christmas Eve. I greatly appreciate the willingness to help even though they were eager to start their holiday. Thank you!
