All in all I was satisfied with the service - I will say that the lady with the glasses was very helpful and knowledgable.

Nice staff and quick service! They communicated what was wrong with my brakes.

Have been coming to Big O in Jeffersonville since 1980. Dennis Johnson has serviced all my cars. Josh took care of my hybrid Camry from start to finish, Everything went smooth. Techs texted me during service to tell me my cabin & air filters needed.

I bought tires and had some front end work done in the last 3 months. Each time the price was fair and I wasnt there long...

problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and at the least expense

I am always treated well at this Big O store. The people here are always very good to deal with. I am however somewhat disappointed in having to come back multiple times after a break job many months ago as the breaks start to grab after a month or 2. The staff couldn't have been nicer to me and they take care of the problem as soon as I bring it in but It is not pleasant. But I would still highly recommend them

Everyone is always so friendly here and they never talk down to you because you are female. They instill a sense of trust and I feel like they do not scare you into fixing things that do not need fixing like other shops and they are honest in what you need or do not need. I trust them with my car which is why I drive 3 hours to have them work on it!

Friendly staff, explains very well the process of what is going to be done. Fast attention without waiting in line too much.
