Big O Tires

For the service I requested, I was quoted an estimated time of 1 1/2 hours. They completed the service in approx. 1 hour at a competitive price. I have been a customer at their Jeffersonville, IN. location for nearly 40 years. my children and grandchildren have had their vehicles serviced here as well. We go to Big O, not only for our tires and oil changes, but for major repairs as well. They have always had good customer service, fare pricing and prompt turn around time. Big O manager Dennis Johnson has been the key reason we have been coming to this location so long.

Have used them for years. Trust their knowledge and recommendations 100%. They put the customer first and give advice for the customers' best interest. They don't recommend parts/services just to increase revenue. They care.

I asked for a standard oil change and they did a semi-synthetic without asking me, because they said "it is what the manufacturer recommends"�. I couldn't really afford to fork out an extra $40. When I ask for a service to be done to MY car, I don't believe they should do something completely different without my permission and STILL upcharge me.
