I stopped at a different service center to have a tire plugged, very aware of the possibility that I would have to replace the tire, dreading the thought of having to wait days for my odd-ball sized tire to come in. The shop owner called and spoke with Danny. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my tire would be in the very next morning. I had an appointment for 11am, which I was an hour late for. I called Danny to apologize, and he told me to come on in. When I arrived, he was at the door, waiting to greet me. I should preface this by saying business was not slow, so it's not as if they were dying for customers and ready to pounce. He immediately took my keys and set off to retrieve my vehicle's information, sending me inside. He returned quickly to get me checked in, and told me to make myself comfortable. Less than an hour later (Danny knew I was using my lunch hour for the appointment) I was on my way with a new tire, zero evidence that they were in my car, and a cover-all certificate for an oil change. Literally one of the best (if not THE best) experiences I've had getting the Coop serviced.

I came in just to get air in a low tire. They found that there was a screw in it and couldn't be repaired, so it would have to be replaced. Danny said that they may not have one in stock, but they'd look and it would be $115. Then almost immediately he said that they may have a used one. Well, they did! So they put that one on and the it only cost $48.50! Terrific service, as usual! The whole thing only took about 45 minutes. Definitely one happy customer. I have been coming to this Big O for years and they have never disappointed me. Always top notch service!
