The sales rep was very polite and had a kind smile. They were on top of things but didn't push services I didn't need. Pleasant experience and they even ran down the road to pick up the tires I needed to get me in and out the same day!

I have received Excellent service and fair pricing from the Jeffersonville Big -O store. I Generally work with Danny,but the other Staff that I have had experience with have always been as knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. Basically, the same as the answers to the previous questions. It was easy to make an appointment, service was taken care of quickly, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Fast, efficient service

All of the store associates were very friendly and were following CDC guidelines of wearing face masks and social distancing. The store was clean and I appreciated how hand sanitizer was available to customers. I had one tire I needed to replace and it was fast and easy. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is my second time coming to purchase tires and I will continue to purchase my tires from here.

I love this location. Can be a little slow at times because of how busy it is.

Almost as soon as I walked in the person walked out to my car and she greeted me to check on my tire and it was repaired within half an hour even though I arrived about 20 minutes before closing.

I called for appt, Big O worked me in same day, and had completed oil change with in 2 hrs. I dropped off car and left it but service was quick.
