Big O Tires

Very busy day at the store. Love this place, but I had to YouTube how to clear my check oil light. Isn't that supposed to be done there?

Everyone was very nice. Willing to work me in to fix my tire after I was turned away by two other places. Everyone showed me respect and also showed respect for my husband’s military service

Salesman knew what he was doing. It didn't take long to get my tires and get back on the road.

I ended up having a flat tire at work and they communicated what they were going to do and they told me they would call and see what I wanted them to do. They fixed my tire in a timely fashion and I was very impressed for my first time going there! Keep up the great work!

As busy as this location is my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I thought it would be there most of the day and within two to three hours it was ready for pickup. Also Kieth Pointer explained everything about the vehicle and advised me about tire replacement. He wrote up an estimate and didn’t pressure to purchase. He is professional and honest.

I've never had poor service at this store. the front of the store employees are always friendly even when they are super busy. it seems like the employees have been there for a long time which means they like working there. it seems the store manager pitches in to help and not stay in an office or bark orders.

Dennis listened intently at the service request for clear instructions to service staff. The employees worked like a Nascar team together. Ike insured vehicle registered new TPMS sensors. Quick, efficient turnaround!

The associates at this location are always friendly and very helpful. One of things i like is that they will generally greet me by name and ask about me and the members of my family that they have seen there with me

One of the tires on my van kept losing air pressure. The first attempt to fix it a few weeks ago didn't work so Big O agreed to give it another shot. They removed the tire, cleaned and sealed the rim and rebalanced the tire. I'm hopeful that the problem has been corrected.

I Bring all my Family's Cars to the Jeffersonville Big O store. They have always made me feel secure that my Daughter and Wife will be driving safe after they leave. The Staff make sure i know what is needed and go into great detain if i request it. Their Knowledge is excellent

Bought new set of tires and got aligned, wasn't quite the job and saw Dennis and told me to bring it back which I did and they corrected Good group of folks out front meeting and greeting folks at Allison Lane store
