I always go to the Jeffersonville, IN location and have been for years now. The team there always does a good job and in a good amount of time. I like Josh the manager there. He runs the place very well, stays on top of what’s going on, keeps the vehicles flowing in and out, and makes sure the customers are satisfied and taken care of. I’ll continue to take my vehicles here with this type of customer service.

While some say Big O is expensive, mile for mile the price is competitive, and they give great service. On the last visit, they installed a valve on a 30-year-old tractor tire that they didn't even sell me--and they didn't charge me a dime.

I called them and they told me they weren't busy at the moment to bring my car in. I brought my car for a tire rotating and balance and to get a tire pressure reader changed. They had me out of there in less than 45 min.
