Years ago I had a very negative experience with Big O. My wife only wanted 2 tires and the sales guy told her, according to the law, she HAD to buy 4 tires. I wasn’t with her, so she called me about this. I called the sales guy and blew up at him, for trying to scam my wife. We went to Tires Plus, no such bologny. So…decided to try Big O again. I’m glad to say it was a much better experience.

You guys always Rock! I had my oil changed and they were supposed to have checked all of the fluids and on my way home went to hit my wiper and washer and there was no fluid. That's a first. but I can't thank Denis enough for all he does for myself and my family when we come to Big O. Merry Christmas "�

Everything was quick, easy and straightforward.

Josh was good as usual when I go up there with me vehicle or our daughter's car the work has always been good & always meet our expectations when I go there so I'll be coming back with her vehicle & ours for more services thanks Big O.

i have used big o for many years and i always use dennis johnson as my go to guy for excellent service every time no matter what service i have big o perform. he is very knowledgeable with about 40 yrs experience ! he is the best tire rep that i have ever dealt with. big o needs more like dennis, that is for sure. i would say he probable brings in a lot of repeat clients. dennis is big o ! I will be bringing my car in soon for 2 tires and alignment. never had a problem. they checked my brakes, fluids, tires, aired up tires and checked my alignment and will be in soon for another service to be performed. The service people were nice.

Was able to schedule a same day appt. Took only a little over an hour. Friendly staff. And price came in $100 cheaper than other competitors
