Big O Tires

Excellent service

They were friendly and courteous. My only complaint was a I had a slow leak in one of my tires and was supposed to be addressed while I was there. I still have a slow leak, I'll have to return.

I have been going to Big O for several years now and have always been given excellent service. The employees are always friendly and they are efficient. I recently had an appt and arrived early. They were able to service my car and I was out of their in 40 minutes.

It was so easy to make an appointment and only took about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Very nice employees and great WiFi. I was even able to get some work done while I waited!

Keith went above and beyond assisting me with my wheel bearing issue on my car. He contacted the extended warranties company on my behalf only to find out my car has to be fixed at Hyundai.

My service rep always takes good care of me.

Dennis is the best in the Jeffersonville office. I am not sure about the new Rachel lady. She seems to be a bit of a know-it-all. I have NEVER taken any of my cars to anyone but Big-O. I expect to be treated well and not like someone who has no idea about her car. I have driven GM's all my like I know what my car does. She should respect that. other than that, I will always come in even if I have to only deal with the people I know!! My mother and son also bring their vehicles' in also. If my mother lets you touch her Caddy you have done something right.

I have alwsys valued and trust big O with all my needs for my car . I have never had a bad experience there and the workers are always kind and courteous and so helpful.

i have used big o in jeff since they moved to the new location. i have 2 cars serviced here. mustang and jeep cherokee. I have always found that the service writers and knowledgeable and listen and are friendly, this is without exception. This last service was for a problematic mustang fuel pump that would not malfunction when i brought in. After driving it and pressure testing it, it would not act up. FINALLY it did act up after the 3rd day! The water pump was replaced as well as the thermostat, all seems to be functioning at this point! You have a great team at the Jeffersonville location.
