Location is a large factor in my decision. Many businesses are still closed due to the Pandemic. In (December 20129) the past I have ordered tires on line to be sent to the Clarksville Wal-mart for installation. The auto center there is still closed due to the pandemic. Next closest auto center is New Albany or Crestwood, KY. The Big O in Jeffersonville is within walking distance of my home.

Very quick & professional

The associates at Big O are always nice and friendly. I had my Honda Pilot towed there and the problem was my battery. My battery was still under warranty so they replaced it at no charge. Thanks Big O!

Dennis and danny took good care of me i called dennis told him what my car was doing he said bring it in my son dropped it off and they got it in right away and fixed the problem

I scheduled my appt on the phone and then was delayed. I was able to text the store and postpone my appt for an hour to an hour and a half. Very helpful to me.
