I am always delighted at the friendliness, concern, and professionalism. Big O understands that car issues are important and treat customers respectful of the cost of repairs. From offering a free ride to and from work, to free car and tire inspections, free air, free coffee, a nice air conditioned waiting room with television and magazines, and clean environment, it's a comfortable experience. They call frequently with specific and accurate updates, so you never have to pace around wondering and worrying. I highly recommend trying out the Big O experience.

The employees were great! They were friendly and very helpful! I had all 4 kids with me and they were very understanding and helpful. They even listened to my 6 year old describe his lego creation.

I have been bringing all of my cars here for tire and service as long as I can remember. The Big O team in Jeffersonville is always professional, fast, and easy to work with. I will continue to bring my cars here in the future. I'll be in soon for new tires on my truck!

I have been dealing with Danny and Dennis for years for my personal and business vehicles, trailers and mowers. They have always treated me well and understand that downtime is money.

I visited this store tonight and needed a tire rotation, new bulb in a headlight, and oil change. I went in about 4:30 quarter to 5 pm. They close at 6 pm and there were quite a few customers ahead of me. They went out of their way to make certain that all my needs were met and stayed late to complete all jobs requested. These are a wonderful group of employees. I'm very glad I can depend on them.
