Dennis, manager , assisted me. I have used big o at this location for 20 years, for 3 vehicles. I prefer Dennis for his knowledge and experience and customer service. He is tops in my book !!!!

The staff was professional. It was a Saturday morning and they were very busy. Despite being busy everyone was nice and organized and got my car repaired quickly.

I ordered some new rims for my chevy tahoe, they came in within 24 hrs\ the team clled me i pulled into shop and from the minute I stepped out of the car. THere Show started. On oint the entire time. If its cost Im here to tell you the extra dime is worth the time to go to BIG O TIRES in Jeffersonville, Indiana. I was i and out so fast that i thought it was a magic trick. but the handle it and top o da line. thank guys

Was able to bring in my car for a coolant flush and have it done in about a half and hour. Best service

noise in rear tire...plus it was time for rotation...stopped by late in day and said I would leave until next day if needed....they said they might not be able to get to until the next day and could leave vehicle...which was fine...call less than an hour later and said the noise was a screw and washer in rear left tire...they had fixed it an rotated tires and I could pick up care...Big O tires so all was done with no cost and also quickly...very satisfied with courtesy and promptness...

I absolutely love Big O and the staff! They are always friendly and very helpful. When I told Danny I was moving so I didn't have much to spend on repairs he told me about a great financing plan they have. This is definitely my forever repair shop!

I had dropped my car off after hours. The next morning they called with with an estimate and a list of what they found. I approved it. Later, they called when the car was ready for pick up. They found that it did not need all they had said and the price was quite a bit lower. I appreciated that very much. They were very friendly and professional. We have used them for many years and have always been happy with the work.

Danny was AWESOME! He always takes such great care of us anytime we're in need and this time was no exception. Thank you!
