I drive for Door Dash and it’s my only source of income right now. I pulled in with a screw in my tire. Those guys had my tire fixed and back on the road in less than 30 minutes and the place was packed. It was 8:30-9:00am. Thanks fellas. You guys rock.

My schedule is very unpredictable. I tried to schedule my oil change several times but could not make my appointments. I then decided to try first thing in the a.m. and the Big O sales associate mentioned that I should set an appt. but he would work me in as soon as possible. Always very nice!! Also, I had low tire pressure due to the season changing and the sales associate said he would check those tires for me. Great help and peace of mind. Love Big O Tires Jeffersonville IN. ;-)

This is the only tire service company in Jeffersonville that is trustworthy. I have sent friends and family there to Dennis for many years for honest and quality work.

The jeffersonville location was the only store within Jackson, Scott, and Clark Counties that had the tire size I needed and it was basically a brand new tire on top of that. They were busy when I arrived, but you couldn't tell, the associates were welcoming and efficient with everyone and they had my car finished in a very short matter of time. It seems this way at every big o tire location that I have been to and that is why I continue to make big o tire, whichever location, my choice for tire services!

In and out in an hour!!!! Even when the house was packed. The guys are awesome, never tried to sell me more than I needed!! Explained everything clearly and they are overall best tire store I've ever been to. I am a loyal customer as long as they remain the friendliest, most honest place in town.

Dennis the Manager runs a well oiled machine. He gives the employees first hand professional direction, and not afraid to get his hands dirty as well. The employees are smiling, work together as a team, and seem to enjoy their work. They handled my new wheels as though they were there own. I will be back! Thanks Big O

They were able to squeeze me in on Christmas eve to check my oil pressure issues. They chatted with me, drove my car around, listened to me, and topped off my fluids at no charge. I just bought tires there a few days prior. I get all of my oil changes here. Love it!!
