I called and explained what service I would need and was told I did not need an appointment. They were quick to attend my needs and explained the possible two prices I may face, and explained why the two possible prices. They fixed the tire stem that was broken and I knew I had a sensor they may have to replace. It was fast and professional service. Pricing was right on target. Thank you. Dennis has been my “go to” for tire service for years. It is scary for a woman to have to go alone into a car service world, but Dennis has ALWAYS made me feel comfortable and assured that I am getting the best value for my money. HE IS THE BEST!! We went to Big O for an oil change. The work was completed within the time frame we were given, even though they were very busy. We were pleased and will use Big O again in the future.

The staff and service is always top notch. The service we received was an unexpected flat tire with a screw and they got me on my way very quickly. I have always had big o tires but I just bought a new 2018 and they have the tires from the factory. I was asking about prices for future tire rotation. Our other two vehicles have big o tires and I didn’t want to shocked with the price when I needed a rotation.

I have always great service from everyone. Even when one time someone forgot to put in all the oil, it was taken care of right away, plus, no charge. Everyone always have a smile on their face and make you feel like you are the only customer there.
