Big O Tires

The guys at Big O are excellent. I have been taking both my vehicles there for several years and they treat you with the greatest respect and go out of their way to help you.

Big O always stand behind their tires and service. The Jeffersonville, Allison Ln location is the best.

Best service very friendly customer service

I have been coming to this unit for many years; purchased multiple tires, appropriate services, etc. When I came in today, there was no line, no wait, and I was taken care of quickly. I had had an issue for some time with the "soft tire" light coming on in my Corolla. I had no appointment, but Big O personnel indicated I could be in and out in an hour. About 40 minutes into my wait, I was informed that one of the air sensors on the tire had gone bad. They indicated it would cost $80 for the new sensor, and would take an additional 10 minutes to replace the part. I was treated courteously and served quickly. The replacement of that sensor fixed my problem. I was happy. I'll be back.

I had a slow leak in my tire. They found it and replaced the tire. Very friendly and efficient.

Originally, I went to Michel Tire. They refused to do what I wanted, and said that they would only mount tires that was purchased from them. They also said that no one else would do this for me! Although, I have done business with Big O I took my truck to Michel Tire because Big O is usually very busy. I was not wanting to spend all day getting my truck worked on. I wanted to have the front tires rotated to the rear and have 2 tires mounted and balanced and put on the front. I went to Big O. I talked to Dennis and he said that Big O could do it and that it would probably be 45 minutes or so. The work was done quickly and correctly. I will continue to shop Big O. I appreciate a business that continues to do service, even if it doesn't involve buying a new set of tires

I had a pretty good idea of what I needed going in and all of my questions were answered. I scheduled an appointment and dropped of my vehicle. After about and hour I returned and all the scheduled work was completed and my car was parked and ready for me to continue my day. I am always pleased with the staff and their service.
