These guys are family to my family. There was one girl but she found another job some time back. She was wonderful too! We have been with Big-O for some time.They have serviced every car and truck I have had. They also do all of my moms cars. They are now doing all of my oldest daughters cars. They know all of us by name even when we call. The service you are asking about was a low tires I had had for 2 days. My moms car was scheduled to go in today Friday Feb. 26 so we needed my car to be able to work. They fixed my tire on just a phone call (of coarse I bought it there) in just about 15 minutes. They always speak to my youngest daughter and now both cars will be ready to travel. My mother will allow NO ONE else to touch her Cadillac but them. I am glad they now have a bigger building they deserved it. I am glad we have all of them. Sometimes I don't know what we would do without them. My car is better with them.

Employees seem to interested in taking care of my needs. Thei professionalism was greatly appreciated and they were very responsive.

The guys here just get it. They are awesome!!!!

When checking in, Dennis patiently helped us work through the Big-O credit process and was knowledgeable and courteous in helping us choose the tires for our vehicle. At checkout, Ike did a great job explaining our bill and how to process the rebate for our purchase.

I came in for my rotate and balance as usual and the service was done quickly and correctly. They explained that I was just about due for new tires and explained the options and told me to be sure and call ahead when ready to replace so that they would have my size in stock and ready to install.

I was in and out in the amount of time I was told so that I got back to work on time. Personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable.

My mother brought her Camry in to check a tire that kept going low and triggering the low tire warning light. It was really concerning to her. You guys were extremely courteous and quickly addressed her issue and didn't even charge her. That's what I call A1 service. Thanks.
