Big O Tires

I have always experienced excellent service at Big O. This time was no exception as Danny was very professional and super to deal with. He had the car fixed very quickly and there was no charge since I have Big O tires on this van. In fact every vehicle we own, or have owned, for the past 25+ years has ridden on Big O tires. Whether we work with Danny, Dennis, Josh, Reese or Sean (unfortunately not there anymore) we have always received excellent service. They also have an excellent staff of mechanics - never a problem. We've had serpentine belts replaced, brakes replaced, steering components replaced and all of that has been done with the utmost respect for us and our vehicle. We would not even consider going anywhere else but Jeffersonville's Big O. They are building a new location for Big O here in Jeffersonville which is much closer to us, but it wouldn't matter if they moved several miles away, we'd still go there just to experience the excellent service & mechanical work that we've been accustomed to.

I always have my oil and filter changed there and use high detergent. Great bunch of people and do great work.

I had a battery installed in my Malibu and even though they were busy the service was quick and done in a professional manner.I was very pleased.

Everyone was very helpful! I had thought I needed more than just a new tire and the guy that inspected my van said all I needed was a tire so I appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me more than I really needed. Good honest service is hard to find!!! Thanks for all the help and since you had the buy 3 get 1 free....I decided to get 4 new tires

We can always depend on fast and excellent service when we need to go there. We also have been several times to get air in tires and someone always does right away and always friendly.
