The only reason I didn't give a higher rating on costumer services is when I was checking out another costumer continued to bother me at the register and was very close to me as I was entering my pin number and the person at the counter never once asked this man to please step away and they would be with them shortly or anything else to the such. It was obvious he was bothering. He kept making fun of my keychains and wouldn't let it go as I was trying to ignore him!

The staff are so super friendly at this location. More so than several of the locations in Louisville were I moved from recently. Thanks BigO staff in Jeffersonville IN! 😊

Big O Tires saves the day again! I scheduled my appointment a day in advance, and they helped me choose the tires that were perfect for my vehicle’s needs. Love the staff, have never had an issue at my local Big O Tires. Always super satisfied with their work, prices, cleanliness, etc. Will recommend everyone I know to go there!

Called about a flat tire. Said bring it on in. Took it in at 2pm Had it back by 4PM. Dealt with Ike Orwick. He wrote up the work order and I said I would go get it out of my truck. He said "no sir, you are at Big O and he would take it out of the truck ". This is the type of service I always receive at the Jeffersonville store. Boggs Pest Control has 5 trucks and we appreciate the service we receive from Big O. Thanks, Ray Boggs

Went in for tires, but they also found a problem with back passenger area. They were super busy, but took the time to inform me about it and fixed it for me.

Outstanding! That would be the one-word definition summarizing my recent visit to the Jeffersonville Big O store. First, I had a flat about 4 weeks prior to this recent visit. The competitor just down the street, from whom I originally bought $1200.00 worth of Pirelli's from, could not work me in to fix the flat for at least two hours. I drove to Big O and within 30 minutes was on the road again. Thing is, since it was my first visit, I was not charged for the $20 repair as normal. Rather, the salesman explained their service policy, then took the time to confirm my suspicions regarding a bad tire product I had on my Explorer. Three weeks later, I decided to buy new tires. I did not go to my original retailer. Rather, because of the service, I went back to Big O Jeffersonville. The tire options were clearly explained and the tires were ordered. Two days later, I stopped by and within ONE HOUR (not a half day, leave your vehicle, we'll do it later type response from the competitor) I was back on the road with new Nitto's. Outstanding tire! I was quite skeptical as I had not heard of them before. However, I was assured by the salesman it was a great brand I would see a remarkable difference. He was 100% correct, wow, what a difference a tire makes. I will be taking my 2015 Ford Explorer to the Jeffersonville Big O store for all my service needs from this point forward. The staff were great, the store was super clean, and above all, the level of service was incredible.

Great place to buy tires. Staff was very knowledgeable and honest. On the two vehicles I have recently bought new tires for they checked the alignment and said it was perfect and didn't need any thing done. Good to know they are honest about this and are not just trying to just make money. Well done you guys.
