Professional service from the word go. However, the online appointment system is not anything to Bragg about. There is a disconnect somewhere between online and store.

Dennis and Josh are the best. I won’t go anywhere else. I think the one who helped me and called me with each communication name was Mike. He was very nice and professional even when I didn’t really understand the pricing but he was very patent and explained. I also talked to Dennis who was great as always. He is the best manager in all of Jeff. He knows how to talk to people which is key. Josh does too. Other companies should learn from them.

Stopped in to see if you did tires for riding lawn mowers. Danny informed me that you did. Danny has the tires ordered from warehouse and had them delivered and installed the next morning by 8 am. Great service and way better prices than the John Deere dealer. Thanks for your great customer service!!

I didn't realize until I got to the store that you must make an appointment for a oil change, but I was allowed to wait and be fitted in, and it only was a hour wait before I was fitted in. You know He could have told me to make an appointment, but He was kind and fitted me in.
