Big O Tires

Very pleased with service.

I was satisfied with the repair to my tire. I dropped off my car and received a text when it was complete.

I have been taking my vehicles to this Big O for several years and have always been treated with the greatest respect.

Keith was able to explain everything I needed clearly, and was very considerate while I waited for my vehicle.

The man who helped me was named Danny. He was very nice and informative. He helped me pick out great tires. I was very happy with him. And my wait time was not long at all. Great experience, will go back!

I got what I asked for. Once scheduled the process moved quick and smoothly.

The service was very timely. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, and they had me out in 45 minutes on the dot. I went in for an oil change, and asked if they could check the tire pressure, because I've had to fill my front right tire a couple of times over the past two weeks. They said the tires were fine, but the sensor was broken. However, when I woke up this morning, my tire was almost flat again. I went to a gas station to fill it up, and the tire pressure was around 20. I'm concerned that it might be punctured, but I thought that would have been something detected when I visited on Saturday. Any advice? Thanks so much!

I am usually satisfied with this Big O location. My family and I have been giving this location business for years and we always walk away pleased. I had an issue after I left with a tire sensor light still being on and they took care of it in minutes! Wonderful business and customer service!

The team at this location always goes above and beyond to take care of customers! Josh amazed me with his customer service focus on my most recent business. Glad to have this store and team in Jeffersonville, Indiana!!

They were absolutely awesome. Drove in with bad breaks they would not let me leave until they fix them on the spot. As I am a disable veteran they also gave me a military discount it was a great day in the life of this vet.

They got to me faster than expected and only did what needed to be done very grateful.

Ike helped me as soon as I got to the shop. He informed me that mechanics were backed up and it would be that afternoon before my vehicle was ready (I had a 10am appointment). As I'm standing there with 2 kids, I explained that we would need it faster due to only having one vehicle due to husband being deployed. He told me he would try to put a rush on it. The car was ready in an hour! Amazing service!
