Great Service!!

Every thing was done in a timely fashion and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We appreciate the staff at Big O Tires, They are awesome to deal with.

I was satisfied with the service but It would be beneficial to find a mechanic who can go deeper into diagnostics rather than a surface diagnostics.

Staff is always very friendly and I feel they are honest and if they tell me I need something it is because I do and not so they can make more money.

I went in to inquire about 4 new tires for my Impala. I was unsure which tires to get coming in so I needed some information of what they had to offer. I was greeted by Keith. After a few brief questions, he was able to describe each tire from top of the line on down and find the brand and tire that was right for me. While waiting for my car, I had a great conversation with Keith and felt comfortable in the lobby. Before my lady was able to pick me up from the shop, my tires where already on my car! They are super fast when you set up an appointment and does quality work. I'll definitely be going back if I need anything done to my car if they offer the service. I'll also recommend them to my lady and anyone else who express to me that they need tires or car maintenace. Thank you guys for making my car drive smoothe again! -B Lee

Everything was easy. Made an appt online and dropped the car off without a problem. They called soon after with an update about my brakes and the price. Picked my car up a couple hours later. Overall a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

Well I've been coming too big O for years for my services & have past it along too my daughter's & other family members too go there,Dennis,Josh are the best I prefer dealing with theses two gentlemen than any others @ Big O's they done me well & plus we now have a Big O credit card now so that will also really help with any type of repairs & services in the future thanks too Denise & Josh great representative for your company.

I stopped to have a tire checked due to it going flat.Your service team found a nail in it and repaired it within an hour.Now an hour sounds like a long period to some, but this was on a saturday afternoon, and the store was packed. It didn't matter, I was in and out in about an hour due to the service provided by your staff.Thank you so much Dennis, it seems I can always rely on BIG O inJeffersonville.
