The business was very clean the people were extremely nice and on my last appointment with them I had ask for my car to be parked at the front door and they did it for me and at this appointment the man who waited on me remember that I wanted my car parked at the front and he went out and moved my himself NOW THAT'S SERVICES THANK YOU

I called the store and spoke with Dennis. I needed a quote for 4 new tires. He was very helpful and personal on the phone. I made an appointment with him. When I arrived on a very busy Saturday, Dennis was the person to greet me. The car was finished in the amount of time that he told me. I believe that Josh was the person that rang in my purchase. The entire staff seemed very friendly and eager to help customers.

BigOTires has been my place-to-go for tires and batteries since 1990 because of the fair pricing and great customer service.

The only shop in town I trust with my vehicles. Always been a fast and friendly experience. We just go next door to Waffle House have a meal walk back and the car is ready within 15 minutes of our return. We will be buying tires there soon. When you move to your new location you will be even closer to us.

It was easy to make appointment with a phone call to Dennis, went straight in, told it would take 45-60 min and it took about 60 minutes. They repaired a tire leak, changed oil and filter, and rotated tires.

I had my oil and filter changed and spoke with Josh, Dan, and Dennis. All are great guys and very attentive. I ask them to pull my wheels and check my brakes, which they did and found no problems. I still have a noise under my SUV and will ask them to check it out the next time I am there.

Staff is always friendly. They never push for extra work to be done but do make recommendations with a quote in case you aren't interested.
