Tired couldn't e fixed ut got a new one at a great rate

I've had service at this location before and not been satisfied. This time I noticed a completely different staff. They were clear and helpful. I was surprised at how quickly the service was done after they discussed the additional work with me. I expected it to be much later in the day. It was within a few hours. This is never happened at this location before and I'm extremely grateful for how quickly and easily it went. It was a large job. I also noticed that this was the first time this location had identified the underlying issue with my breaking system. I've been in twice before for this service. It always seemed to break down really quickly. By going deeper and locating a hose that was worn out I paid more but feel so far this is a much better fix.

Top notch as always, only place to go for me.

I have been a customer since age 16. The staff is amazing. Keith, Dennis, and Ike offer great customer service. They are always willing to answer questions even when extremely busy. I appreciate the effort given to care for my vehicle. I cannot praise the Jeffersonville location enough.

The service was great at the Big O center. They were able to quickly diagnose the brake issues, get the parts quickly, and service the brakes within short order.
