Big O Tires

I came into the store thinking I would have to spend at least $100.00 replacing a flat tire that I really didn't have at the time. The rep that helped me was very friendly and stated it should be able to be repaired for a much lower cost - he came back a little later (despite it being very close to closing time) to tell me that the tire would need to be replaced, but they had a barely used tire and still offered me a very low price for the replacement and installation. They got me in and out in under 30 minutes and all of your service reps despite being there even a few minutes after closing time were friendly, professional and courteous! I'll definitely recommend you to others and keep coming back!

The folks at Big O always take good care of me and my vehicles. They did not ask me about an alignment for I had just had the alignment along with a three year warranty. I have had my vehicle maintenance done with them since I moved here many years ago.
