Big O Tires

I've been dealing with Big O for 45 years now and have never had a bad experience.

Holiday weekend coming up & low tire pressure light came on. Drove to Big O got right in, they asked if they should add air or look at tires. I liked that I had the choice. They found a screw repaired right away. Very satisfied

I was able to make my appointment on line and get the time that I had requested.

I went into Big-O expecting my tire replacement to be time consuming and expensive. I ran over to Kohl's while they were working on my car (thanks to the new Bog-O location in Jeffersonville) and it was done quickly and as minimal cost. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.

I can always trust them to do only the work needed to fix my cars for a fair price. The tires are always the best price for the quality I am paying. The customer service is the best, fast, friendly and know what's best for my car and truck. Bart Smith

Appointment booked online and Dave S greeted me and got me checked in right away. Took about 50 minutes for the healthy car service which was expected. Will definitely be back and recommend this location.

Staff is always solution oriented and mindful that most people don't budget for auto services. Very professional in the way potential problems are identified before failure. (Example: Came in for a slow tire leak repair. While they had the vehicle up, all the tires were inspected and recommendations were made and options were discussed for future tire preplacement)

Appreciated the feedback on my Ram 2500. Even fixed my alignment after I was told it was ok. Most dealers don't have the equipment these guys have for an alignment job. They showed me the issue and talked about it with me. Refreshing customer service!
