Big O Tires

Had a flat. Took it in to have that fixed and went ahead and had the tires rotated. Chunk of metal removed from the tire and all rotated in less than an hour.

Was able to schedule a same day appt. Took only a little over an hour. Friendly staff. And price came in $100 cheaper than other competitors

I worked with Josh. I came in for an oil change. When looking over my tires, he noticed some issues. He took me to my car to show me the tire tread and where it is lacking. He was not pushy to sell tires. He said he would add it to the budget over the next few months but not to take a trip. We had a trip planned the following week and after hearing that, he recommended new tires. He priced out two options for me and even gave his personal preference on what he would do for his vehicle. He was so personable.

Tires and oil change only took a little over an hour

I asked for a standard oil change and they did a semi-synthetic without asking me, because they said "it is what the manufacturer recommends"�. I couldn't really afford to fork out an extra $40. When I ask for a service to be done to MY car, I don't believe they should do something completely different without my permission and STILL upcharge me.

I scheduled an appointment. Dropped off my car. I was expecting more to be wrong with my car than just a tune up. I picked up the car a few hours later. Staff was friendly and prompt. Every thing went smooth.
