Big O Tires

Had a flat. Took it in to have that fixed and went ahead and had the tires rotated. Chunk of metal removed from the tire and all rotated in less than an hour.

Keith Pointer took care of getting me signed in quickly. Work was performed quickly. Check out was quick and straight forward.

I was called when they checked on my problem to let me know what they found and the approximate cost. I was given updates on the progress and the car was ready as promised. The person who handled the check out was very friendly and explained all the charges and what they found. He also offered advise on what and when I might need other work to be done. I asked for a standard oil change and they did a semi-synthetic without asking me, because they said "it is what the manufacturer recommends"�. I couldn't really afford to fork out an extra $40. When I ask for a service to be done to MY car, I don't believe they should do something completely different without my permission and STILL upcharge me.

Service performed within the estimated time. Very thorough and explained details of service being performed. Reasonable cost of service with easy check in and check out.
