My only complaint EVER at Big O is the wait - it should not take 2 hours for an oil change and rotation! If I did not have Big O tires I would go to a quick Lube place and somewhere else to have my tires rotated! The vehicle should move from station to station not oil change then wait . People who are waiting should have their vehicles moved through quicker

I had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. Service was completed quickly and the people helping me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back for an oil change soon, and for new tires in 10k miles. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly!

The staff at the Jeffersonville location have always been honest and helpful. I never get the sense they are just trying to upsell. I especially like dealing with Dennis.
