Very honest and knowledgeable. Danny took care of me from the beginning when I called to make an appointment all the way through to the end when he handed me my keys. They even took me home while I waited for the repairs to be completed and picked me up when the repairs were finished. Great customer service through and through and my car drives like I bought it new yesterday. I will definitely be coming and back, as well as sharing my positive experience with friends and family members.After having poor experiences at other mechanic shops around town, I gave this one a chance and I'm glad to say I've found my go-to service center. Mega kudos to the whole team.

My second visit to the Jeffersonville, IN Big-O location was just as exceptional as the first! One of my tires blew out, and I needed help deciphering my many options for a replacement. I ended up replacing all 4 tires, with the help of the very knowledgeable team, especially Keith. He took the time to show me what I need to look for as far as tire wear and tear is concerned, and laid out my options without pressure. I have an appointment today for an alignment, and I suspect I will again have a very positive experience.

Absolutely wonderful job! They knew i was on a time crunch. I said i would wait and if i ran out of time i would try again the next day. The wait was suppose to be a hour at least. 20 minutes later oil change was completed that was way overdue and desperately needed. Thank you!!!

Great Experience

I have the road hazard warranty on my tires I bought there. I had gotten a flat Easter morning. Went in first thing and they replaced my tire quickly.

I have used this Big O for several years, thus they know me well enough that they address me by my first name when I entered the store. They need not offer me amenities for I already know what they have. These folks are always friendly.

Customer Service is amazing and checked over my truck for additional issues but found none. They are looking out for their customers

The technician that handled my experience was very knowledgeable and helpful. The turnaround time was great for me to get a new set of tires on my Suzuki. We have seven kids and this is our daily driver and it was very important that we were able to get fit in the schedule quickly and have our car back quickly. We will definitely be bringing all our vehicles here for services
