Great employees in front end. Very friendly and courteous. Ended up having two vehicles in. My daughter was in a week or so ago and they forgot to replace her headlight. They had worked on her tires for not holding air. She asked them to check them. Two valve stems fell off and had to be replaced. Only issue we had. She wasn't too happy

Service men were working as fast as they could to accommodate the line of people waiting to drop off their vehicles for service and remained friendly and pleasant.

I needed a Battery on a 0 degree morning. I stopped in the store at 7:45, 15 Minutes before opening time and drove away 30 minutes later with a new battery fantastic!

Once again, Big O saved me. I had a slow leaking tire on the way home - on a Friday - almost at their closing time. Oh my goodness. Been going to this location for years getting my vehicle serviced. They don’t try and rip people off. I renter asking for a new tire. One of the reps said your toured snd car is new, you don’t need a new tire, let’s just plug it, and they dad,

I unexpectedly finished work early and called the location to see if they could check my brake pads without an appointment. Keith said to ask for him when I got there. The shop seemed extremely busy when I got there, but Keith greeted me and within 15-20 minutes he told me the pads were fine and also explained the shop offers oil changes etc. I plan to return.

My car had an oil change and free tire rotation. Even though the oil change is pricey, my car is running great.

100% pleased with the whole experience, oil change and flat repair. I can't really think of anything to be improved on. Only suggestion is maybe a drink vending machine for customers.

I have been to this Big O in the past and returned because of the good service experience I had in the past. I was not disappointed as the guys I met on my first trip in was informational and the price quoted was fair. I made my appointment a few days later. Upon arriving everything was on schedule. Upon completion of the work I paid and was out the door in a timely matter. Once again a very good experience! I have been a long time customer of Big O in the Jeffersonville area (old location and new location)since I started driving and had vehicle needs since 1981.
