Big O Tires

Had service this week good service provided as usual.

The employees are always nice and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. I trust the service at Big O and know my car will be serviced fast and accurately.

Friendly, I have gone to big o for many years and they have always been good to me, I will always reccomend them.

Overall great experience. Store was very busy but we were still given great customer service.

On my last visit, it was pointed out that I was missing a lug nut and they didn't have a replacement. On further inspection, my lug nuts were a mis-mash and obviously not what was originally on my car. Since BigO does all my tire and brake work, it had to have happened there. I purchased a new, full set of lug nuts from Toyota and asked BigO to replace them, check the air pressure, and determine why the maintenance req'd light was still on since they had done the last service. It took less than 10 minutes for the work to be completed and there was ZERO charge!

I had a flat, stopped at Sam's and Raben as they were very close. No one had my size. Next closest was your store and while the navigation suggestions from your employee were not the best. I found my way, then advised him of his innocent errors. It was the end of the day, but they got me right in, fixed up and on my way in about 20 minutes or less. They could have put the spare back into the well and closed it up. That would have been an appreciated nice touch which they did at my local Madison Indiana store. otherwise a great visit, great service, very pleasant salesperson Keith.

I love the Alison Ln location because it’s always smooth, easy, and friendly service. I’ve never had a single problem with the staff.

After going to other places for years, BigO is where I will go from now on to buy tires

They did a great job. Definitely no complaints and highly recommend them.

Everything was very seamless. Appointment was easy to make. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time, they took my car right in, got my tires changed and was out the door. Whole process took less than 2 hours.

I will sum up this review in five words. Big-O gained a new customer.
