I was in Big O on Friday....and had an appt for Sat.....but there was no charge on Fri or Sat..... NICE! I have found the guys at Big O are very truthful on my tire needs.....which is why I go there! Also they explain everything so I can understand! That helps! So glad they moved to Allison Lane, too....Love their new store!

Every time I go there everybody is very friendly and helpful. They are good at explaining what is going on and I feel very comfortable as a single female bringing my vehicle there knowing I will not be taken advantage of

I was so pleased with the service at Big O' Tires. I was in need of a new tire, and it was not in stock in the store. The store ordered it for me at lunchtime, received it the same day, and I had my car back by 6:00 pm.

I had a low tire but no appointment. They checked me in, discovered a nail in the tire. Repaired my tire in a reasonable time frame at no charge (I always have Big O tires on all my cars.) Quick and easy!

The employee I talked to on the phone and the employee in the store were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to make an appointment in the morning for only a couple hours later, and my car was done quickly. When it came to actual parts I needed, they explained my price range options, and I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive item like at other stores.

The store got me in on a busy Saturday at the last minute to take a nail out of my Tire. That was great customer service right there thanks

Always excellent customer service. They give an approximate amount of time for the service required and they are pretty good at their approximations. Also due to the fact we have multiple vehicles serviced they always remind me if something else needs to be done to whatever vehicle I am driving at the time.

Britten Christiansen, did a fantastic job helping me get what I needed. I was under a lot of stress from finding out I had a flat after work and they got me through it. Although there were a few snags in our communication to each other we got it all straightened out and he got me the tire I needed to have ordered to the store. The GM on my way out even mentioned that I should call on Monday to check and see if the tire arrived early because there was a possibility of it. Because of that recommendation I was able to get my tire fixed in a more timely manner that worked with my schedule better.
