Dennis assisted me. it was good to see him again! My requests were handled quickly and all work was done a requested , as it always is.

notice my tires were bad on friday and was able to get an appointment the next day. i looked at other tire places and they didnt have opening within the week.

I'll continue to go back to this big o location. Has helped place tired on 3 of our vehicles within the last year!! Great customer service.

Ike checked the tire pressure sensors and said they were all good after another place told me two of them were bad. I had a nail in a rear tire and they repaired the tire while was there. Josh then explained the difference in a plug and a patch on a tire. Now I know why I had a blow out with a plug placed in a tire while on a trip to Michigan. Thanks for the lesson.
