Big O Tires

I had an appointment, they kept the time that it was set for, and I got out In the time expected. It's my day off and I appreciate that because I have many things to do. They deal very professionally with the customer, they did with me!

Been coming to Big O for a long time and I am at this point truly satisfied with the service they provide. And they are all people friendly.

Can't say enough good things about The Jeffersonville service. They are always prompt and friendly. And they don't oversell. I will always have my car serviced at Big-O probably always in jeffersonville.

I always come there with no appointments and I sit there and wait. I never wait more than 2 hrs. I enjoy bring my truck to big o tires. I always will.

Visited Big O Tires Jeffersonville, IN location for replacement of damaged/flat tire. Location had exact make/model of current tires and was able to replace rear tires with same tires as front in less than one hour. Very pleased with speed and quality of service for urgent issue.

Honest. Friendly. Conscientious. Thorough. I would not think of going anywhere else. The Big O team is great. From offering a ride, free inspections, careful analysis, you never try to "sell", you want to help. Honestly it feels more like family than a store. When I hear the disappointment others have when dealing with other service shops, I always say, "Try Big O". I would not have gotten to 220,000 miles without Big O. You guys are the best.
