Very friendly quicker than orginally thought very caring team

I was a walk-in customer for an oil change and to check antifreeze. The technician who checked me in was very polite and friendly. He suggested an alignment. I had not thought of that and appreciated it. The wait area was neat and pleasant. When he called my name he explained what he had found on the tire alignment and made a suggestion for what I should do. He explained the charges and again was very polite and friendly. Overall I am extremely pleased with my service today. I have used this Big O for several years and will continue.
