Big O Tires

Everyone here is knowledgeable and super nice! In the thirty minutes I spent there I would say they saw a ton of people and had them all in and out so quickly. They were giving me plenty of updates and I trusted their judgement. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my tires fixed!

I pulled in the parking lot and was greeted with a smile. I had first gone to Michel's because it was closer, I walked in and no one was there to wait on me, so I walked out, so I drove to the new BIG O location. My oil change was completed in the time I needed it to be to leave on vacation. All went well.

The folks there always do a great job. I just wish they had someone who works there understands trailer wiring. Oh well, they are into cars and trucks: not trailers. Nothing wrong with that.

Clear communication and was completed faster than expected

Every time I've been there I've always gotten great service. I appreciate the concerns of safety of my vehicle. I had some broken parts that could have caused a serious accident. They also did a courtesy check everything on my new car. Plus found out where the leak was coming from all of a sudden on my car. Thanks for going the extra mile to keep me safe on the road.

We were highly satisfied with the customer service we received and the fast service. We had a cracked rim and they were able to find a replacement fast and the cost was very reasonable.
