This is the only place I use for repairs to my car. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and services are fairly priced.

They identified the issue within a timely manner, price was very reasonable, also fixed the issue within a very timely manner as well…………………………………..

Customer service and pricing

The gentleman that helped me out was very friendly and helpful. I felt at ease with him due to his knowledge and willingness to help me get what I needed for my car. Service was also quick and efficient. I loved being able to get my car taken care of and not be waiting all day for it to be done. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment with dealership, but they did not stick to promised maintenance agreement. I called BigO about the same service and they accommodated me right away at 1/2 the price.

Only complaint would be the wait. I waited 2 hours to get 2 of my front tires changed and a lot of people in front of me in line complained about how long they were taking to service their cars also.

Friendly staff and speedy service

I know pretty much nothing about tires, brakes, etc and, thank goodness, I don't have to. I have the team at Big O that I trust to take care of things. It starts at the door - getting me on the schedule, the guys in the garage you tell me if there is something unusual, the folks at the register getting me checked out quickly and efficiently. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of by trying to up-sell me anything I didn't need or talked down to because I'm a woman. My single complaint is the seating in the waiting room is not comfortable but that is very minor in the overall scheme of things and, I've been told, the seating is to be replaced soon. I'll definitely be back!

It's great to see the same friendly personnel working at the counters, when I bring in my vehicles for service. They are all knowledgeable, and take pride in giving great customer service.
