Big O Tires

The reason I give this store such a high rating is because of Dennis Johnson manager. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond his duty to serve his customers. I know for a fact that there are so many dishonest mechanics out there, but when my front steering was pulling to the right, the first words out of Dennis's mouth was, "You need to rotate your tires". He was right and the car drives fine now and it was a cheap fix. I would recommend Big O Jeffersonville, IN. to anyone who's looking to be treated fairly.

I will always trust this Big O with my cars. I always choose a day where I can drop off my car and leave it overnight since I live within walking distance. They always finish it before closing time the same day. They are always friendly and do what they can to save me money.

Every time I go into this Big O, I feel welcome and they are not just there to get me to spend lots of money. I feel they only suggest items that are needed.

The only thing that was not highly satisfiying was the fact that there were almost always two people in the front at the check in computers but only one was serving people. It made it appear that the other individual was ignoring customers. He was probably doing something important but customers do not recognize that. Perhaps checking on parts and ordering, or wahtever else he was doing should be done in the back room. Or at least he could acknowledge people and explain I am working on an issue and someone will be with you shortly. Especailly since he was taking phone calls from off site customers. With 4 people standing in line and only one associate helping them it does not present a positive first impression for the company.

My brakes were fixed and I was kept informed step by step. The staff was friendly.

I showed up to the Jeffersonville, Indiana store on Allison Ln Thursday (3/15/18) evening about 5 mins till 6pm as they were closing. I had a screw in my tire, and needed to have a patch plug installed. I asked if I could get it done today. I was told sure, they we're in fact closed by the time I got to the counter. I asked if they were closing, he said yes they closed at 6. Having been in that situation before, I declined service, and asked to come back tomorrow afternoon. Danny tried talking me into staying, I simply asked for an appointment. Friday afternoon (3/16/18) I showed up to my 4 pm appointment, they worked me right in, made me feel like family, and to my surprise they didn't let me pay for it. Which I fully expected to do. Danny again thanked me for being so understanding the day before. I also got a quote for some mud tires I've been eyeing. Just a well ran establishment. I've been here before and was treated like family as well. It usually takes 3 great visits to win a customer in this business, as I managed a similar business a few years ago (Meineke). This is an example of a time it only takes 2!! Thanks for the great service and workmanship as well as the speed. I will be back. Regards, Ryan Sawyers

I was given a very thorough assessment of what my vehicle needed without the pressure to have everything completed at once & items listed in priority. I appreciated the no pressure approach & was pleased with the improved performance.

I dealt with Keith. He is friendly and very professional. The facility is very clean and comfortable, which important I choose to wait for my service.

They have good service and give you a reasonable to how long the service will take ,highly recommend this store.

I've brought my old car here for over 15 yrs. Got a brand new car and started coming back when I needed new tires. Service is always great, workers are always great, and prices are always great.

The team in Jeffersonville is the best there is. They have been this way since I first started bringing my cars to them in 2016. I continue to return because I have never been upsold or been misled regarding pricing. I have only ever paid for what I came in for and for anything that is a safety concern needing immediate attention. Compared to other service centers, dealerships, and even other Big O franchises, this one always has the most reasonable price for parts and labor. I hope to be a Big O customer at the Jeffersonville location for as long as the service remains great and I remain in this area.
