Another great experience at Big O. I had been in need of a tire rotation and oil change and kept meaning to schedule.... but as most things in life, My left turn signal lights decide to go on the worst snow day of the year. The store was completely packed with customers. Yet each person was greeted, their individual needs assessed and the turn around was still in an extremely timely manner. Each Big O staff member was a complete professional. Even when the wrong size light was delivered that staff was quick to correct the error. Very pleased with the service and the staff members at this location. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called on Monday and the associate explained they would not have the tire in until Tuesday. I appreciated not having to drive the thirty minutes to be told to come back tomorrow. When I did arrive on Tuesday, the service was thorough and efficient. Keith was great to work with. I believe this Big O Tires location is community focused and cares for its customers.
