purchased 4 new tires and alignment from this store in past 6 months. Came in for bubble in front right tire and was called during tire change and told stem sensor blew off and broke. I was then charged 80 bucks for a new sensor. I believe the damage occurred while big o was working on my tire, they are the only company that has ever worked on my tires, the sensor should have been replaced at no charge. also at checkout they tried to charge me for tire, that was under warranty, then took a 10 minute customer call while I was waiting for them to correct the bill

I specifically asked for two tires to be replaced and they replaced the wrong tire... also my phone number is incorrect in their system. Basic stuff, that they failed at. So instead of replacing two tires I needed replaced, I got one replaced and my other decent tire got thrown out leaving me with the busted tire. They replaced it later, after I drove far away for Thanksgiving, but I spent $240 and got screwed. Happy holidays to me.

I have used this location twice and both times when I went to pay my bill, it was exactly the amount the amount that was quoted to me prior to fixing my car. Making an online appointment is wonderful, it's very easy and convenient!! I know exactly how long it will take to fix my car and that way I am not stuck sitting around all day waiting for my car.

I had new tires put on and now my sensor is broken and my tire pressure low indicator light is on. Admittedly, from the mechanic at Big O, they broke it.

Many years ago, I was a single mother of two with very little money, but some major car issues. I had just enough money to get one tire, to the penny. But much more needed to be done to keep us safe on the road. Your store was so kind and helped me incrementally take care of my car without taking advantage of my stress and confusion. You even gave my two girls who were 4 and 6 at the time (now 11 and 13) cookies and changed the channel on the lobby tv to a kid's program to keep them calm. In the years since, I've moved across the river. However, my husband and I go out of our way to have our car serviced by your knowledgeable mechanics. The store is welcoming, non-intimidating, and we've never been pressured to do more with our car than what is actually needed to keep it in quality working condition. Our third and youngest daughter has Autism and gets a bit rambunctious when we visit. Everyone of the staff is so good with her and helps her feel welcome. When we come in and she is with us, they all say, "There she is!" Thank you for being a professional, safe, and honest company where we feel confident to take our vehicle.

I went to Big O Jeffersonville with a flat tire. I was immediately greeted and told I needed new tires. They fixed my tire and recommended an alignment, I also asked for an oil change. They told me it would be an hour. After waiting 2 hours I asked and they said everything was done except for the warranty alignment. That would be another hour. Then my husband and I checked mileage on my tires and I still have 20,000 left and another expert said I have & months. What gives???

Tire was flat next morning after tire rotationAsked them to find source of noise on passenger side. Said they couldn'tI took tire off next morning and the shroud on that side was hanging down and looseA blind person could have seen this!

Had alignment/balance/rotate done. picked up next day and clock was blinking-radio said enter code. Big O then said they had to jump car. refused to tell me that when car picked up. Told me a new alternator was $310 after a hour of resetting my radio. took to my mechanic friend and he said everything was fine and that Big O must of left lights on or removed a battery cable. called Big O back after realizing the light switch was on and I always have it on automatic. Almost paid $310 for nothing.
