I went in to get my right rear tire replaced. They replaced the tire but they only put 10lbs in the tire my low tire light came on. I ask to get my alignment checked. The associate told me they do not have time for that today.

I was so happy for these guys to move into a new place closer to my house but the service is Horrendous. My father who is an elderly gentleman has been taken to the bank twice for the same problem which means they charged him twice for work that did not even fix his problem. And I went in for a check of my charging system and was told that I just had a bad battery. Put a new one in my car and two days later had to get my car towed home cause my car stopped running on me. Charge my new battery up and took it to O'Reilly's to get it check to my surprise I had a bad alternator. On top of all that, there was another customer at O'Reilly's complaining about Big O's services also. So needless to say I will not be patronizing your establishment ever again nor will I refer anyone else there either.

Each time I communicated with big o tire, the cause of the issue my car was having changed. 1st, f brakes 85%worn, b brakes 50%- then nothing wrong with brakes, then we didn't check for that, then cost is $80, then $40, then there was no charge. I spoke with the manager who failed to answer my questions in a simple manner and kept repeating the same stuff. Very disappointed as this bad service has not been my normal experience.

I called and asked if they had any oil change specials going on and the guy said no, but he would take $10 off. So I took my car in and was told my car my need the more expensive oil, that they would check it and call me to let me know. They did not call me except to tell me my car was done. When I got home I checked and sure enough the car was suppose to have the more expensive oil and now it has the cheaper oil. I will need to have it redone again soon because of this. Also, I have seen all kinds of coupons and specials that he didn't even mention so I feel I got overcharged and poor service. It's a new store and it's in my neighborhood and I was hoping to be able to become a regular customer.

I went for the free inspection and did not receive it. The manager only did the check engine light and said there were too many codes and wanted me to pay to place car on machine. I just wanted what I came for.

Great job by the staff! They are always courteous, prompt and trustworthy. I hate being gouged for air so the "free air" brings me back when service is required.

I had an appointment at 11 am to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I also have had a vibration at highway speeds and wanted them to change the rim with the minor dent for the spare rim. They were not done with my vehicle until 1:30 pm (2.5 hours) and it seemed that others walking in had their vehicles worked on before mine. This is the second time that I have had an appointment and it has taken too long for the services to be completed. I plan to try another Big O next time, which is s shame because the one in Jeff is only a few minutes from my house. I just can't afford that much time for a routine procedure.

The service counselors are always courteous, and realistic on giving time frames for completion. I continue to return due to the personalized service.

I visited your service center in Jeffersonville for a simple tire check because I was experiencing a "thump" while driving. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, the front desk staff made a response centering around fluid leaks, etc. findings. I then reminded them that I was there to have a tire checked. Then, after another hour delay, I was finally advised that a front tire's tread had separated and was the cause of the thumping. I asked that the tire be replaced. I was then told that they did not have a replacement for that tire on their facility and one would have to be ordered necessitating that I make a return trip to your garage. I returned the next day and experienced another one hour wait while they replaced the tire that they now had at the Jeff location. Thus, I totaled about 2 1/2 hours of waiting for the garage to evaluate and replace "a tire". Very disappointing experience!

Tech's paid attention to detail with high end wheels and competition type tires as though they were there own. Keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed in my experience here for oil change. They didn't do it until I brought it to their attention after paying for it and starting to leave. When I noticed that my car still needed service. The attendant reset my service notice and then went to check again. He discovered that it had not been done. They did it but only after I insisted it had not been done. Very disappointing. I will not be back for this service.

I have purchased tires at this Big O the last 3 times that I've needed tires. Was happy with the service (back when it was at other location). But, service isn't as good, plus the cost of my oil change which I have about every 2 month, keeps going up each time. Went from $32, then $35, then 38, and this time is was $41. So, I will not be coming back to Big O. There are just too many options out there, especially when they aren't friendly....all they do is look at a computer screen.
