Big O Tires

Brought both my cars in to have brakes checked to see if they needed replaced and was told that neither car needed brakes took my car on vacation to Tennessee vibration became worse on one of my vehicles that I drove took the car to three shops in Tennessee and all three shop said that the car was 1,000 3,000 Miles overdue for brake job came back home from vacation took the second car that they told me did not need brakes to two different shops in Jeffersonville and both shops told me that I needed brakes and rotors on that car also. I have always been happy with big os tire service and have been going their for 15 years for that service and it is always great. But i can't understand what happened with the brake situation!

Almost as soon as I walked in the person walked out to my car and she greeted me to check on my tire and it was repaired within half an hour even though I arrived about 20 minutes before closing.

Very disappointed in big o employees. Money was stolen from my vehicle while being serviced a big o location in Southern indiana. Very unhappy....

I called for appt, Big O worked me in same day, and had completed oil change with in 2 hrs. I dropped off car and left it but service was quick.

Thanks to Big O, my stabilizer bar popped off both sides of my car while driving 70 mph down the highway. Saturday, the 24th I visited my local Big O for a simple break pad replacement for my two front tires. The Monday after, the first day I drove the car since the break pad replacement, I came to an abrupt stop on the highway after my car starts to go astray and I heard an awful metal scraping noise. When inspecting the car it was found that not only was my stabilizer bar undone and "moved out of the way" for the break inspection, which makes absolutely no sense, but that the bolts holding it in place were never replaced and completely gone. After contacting the manager, Danny, about this potentially fatal mistake I was never apologized to, never offered a solution and was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about and that this issue was of no fault of Big O. This carelessness could have cost me my life or a fellow driver's life and it is clear that Big O, their management and mechanics could not care less about this. I will NEVER use Big O's services again and I will continue to tell each and every person I come into contact with about the complete lack of customer service, attention to detail, and careless, sloppy work that Big O provides.

I came in for an oil change and air in my tires. I was their a total of 3 hours and they send me to the new Albany store after that. Never kept me informed of why it was taking so long

I've spent all week at your Jeffersonville location trying to find out what was going on with my wheel bearings that big o put on last year. The two times I was there your workers told me three different problem witch none of them was it. Took to my mechanic and he knew it was the bearings as soon as he heard them. I'm very dissapointed in big o and will never use your services again

Everything was great

I had taken my truck in for an alignment i August 2017..truck was pulling to right..@ that time they stated that I needed tierod end and few other parts. The bill was well over $600. They never corrected the pulling issue.I took truck backto have alingment done again only to have a list of same items given to me to once again replace. You mechanics or managers are Crooks.

My car started just fine going into the store started fine when they brought it in then didn't start. They they tried to tell me it was going to be $300 for a replacement started which I knew shouldn't be bad. Turns our it was a battery terminal that needed to be cleaned and and wires reseated into the terminal. This was after paying the $180 for the tires that I received. So After fixing and figuring out the problem myself in their parking lot nothing was even recommended or offered to me since they "couldn't help with the issue and was for sure its a starter problem." This is the worse service I have ever had at Big O but to be fair I usually go to the State St location in New Albany who is always on point and some of the best service i have ever received has come from the New Albany location not this Jeffersonville Location.

I have been going to Big O on State St in New Albany for years. They have been awesome. Very honest, took great care of my van. Since I now work in Jeffersonville, and just a few blocks from the Allison Lane Big O, I began going there. About 6 weeks ago, I had a flat tire. I went in and they said I needed a new tire. Hadn't had my car very long, but OK, you guys know more than me. They told me I needed an alignment that it was ruining my tires. I made an appointment but had to cancel. I hadn't yet made a new one. My car started making a bad noise on the front right wheel. I felt like it was the brakes. I went in Monday, told the guy my issue. I opted for oil change, rotate and balance and a brake inspection. 1.5 hrs. And my car is ready. I said how bad are the brakes? "No issue with the brakes, they are fine." What? No way, they sound like metal on metal. No ma'am, brakes are fine, tires are good, alignment is "SPOT ON." His words. I was like ok then. I didn't tell him 6 weeks earlier a woman there told me my alignment was ruining my tires. So, I pay for my oil change and brake inspection. I get in my car. I begin to drive...the metal on metal sound is still there. I pull around to the garage side and ask one of the guys to drive my car around the building. He did. He said yes, I hear and feel that. He put my car up on a jack, spun my tires around and said there is nothing wrong with the brakes. He called a lead guy out and he spun the tires and said the brakes are fine. For 15 minutes I argued that something was wrong with my brakes. They promised me my car was safe and the noise would go away. Yesterday, with noise worse, I returned. I explained to the same guy that assured me that my brakes were good and my alignment was "SPOT ON" that something was wrong with my brakes. Ok, he'll get them to do a brake inspection. I wait for 40 minutes or so. Some guy comes in and sits beside me and starts coughing his head off. I got up and walked outside...where I see that my car has been moved. I went in and said excuse me, my car has been moved. Is it done? Why yes, it was done..paperwork lying on the back counter. A lady said your brakes are 99% bad. Say what? She called the same guy I talked to two days earlier. He said my front brakes need to be replaced. He then told me my car was out of alignment and that could be part of the problem. I'm telling you, I ain't making this up. Two days earlier, I paid for a brake inspection and the very same guy told me my brakes were fine and my alignment was "SPOT ON." I calmly said do I owe you anything for today.? No. May I have my keys? I left before I lost control of my nice self. Now I am easy going but seriously I have never dealt with what is either total ignorance and has no business working on any car. Or liars. Big fat ugly liars! So, that's my story about Big O in Jeffersonville. I'm trying to decide if I want Big O in New Albany to touch my car. They have always been great. However, they are Big O.

You guys suck big time. It's a shame you can't leave your vehicles with the Machanic to take care of what you ask to be done or what needs to be done plus scratch my wheel and slice my tire and not fix my right rear brake and the lady calls me and tells me my truck is done if you are not qualifyed then find out what your are good at then do the best you can. Accidents will happen just own up and take. Care of it that's business, not cover up n denie couse it will come back on you. Also I will tell everybody I know.

HORRIBLE. I went to JUST get an oil change and KEITH ripped me off. He tried to make me pay $200 dollars. He told me I needed an alignment and I told him NOT to do anything unless he calls me. But of course he didn't and had all this work done to my car without my permission. WORST PLACE EVER. ILL NEVER COME BACK AND IM TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE YOU ALL ARE.

Got a new set of tires after sales recommendation.
