I purchase 4 new tires and ended up with after driving only 126 miles with a grinder down rotor calipers stuck and pad totally worn down!!! There was NEVER any mention of my brakes on the drivers front being bad!!! I took my truck back to big o and I was told sorry for that that sometimes they miss things like that when inspecting but they could fix it for $1172.00!!!! Are you serious!!! There were two other customers there that both agreed with me that big o should make it right!!! But did they? NO!!! I have been using big o tires for me and my family and friends for years but after this I will not and I'm going to make sure anyone I know will not either!!!! I can't believe the lack of concern and care that was taken with my truck!!!! I hope it was worth denying to make their mistake right was worth it. I can't even drive my truck until this gets fixed!!! Trust and believe I'm going to make sure anyone I talk to will be advised to not go to your store for any type of service!!!

I brought my Kia Spectra to this Big O' Tires a couple of months ago for a caliper replacement. They "replaced the caliper" and "sanded down the rotor". Everything was fine for a while and then I got a first hand lesson at the shoddy work of a company that delights in ripping off their customers. My car started really struggling to work normally and then it got to the point where it would only go 2,000rpm and 20mph. I took my car to another auto mechanic who told me the bad news. My brakes were locked, my rotors were burned through, and my brake fluid was black!! They ran an PH test on the fluid in the brake lines and was able to conclusively determine that it was NOT brake fluid. They were able to find out that the fluid wasn't leaked into but had been tampered with by human hands. And after nearly a thousand dollars of repair I have learned this morning that the damage was so bad I will have to replace ALL FOUR CALIPERS to even drive my car (which will be another added expense). Big O' Tires was the last company that had serviced my car and it was working fine until they got their filthy hands on it. Now, I am a full-time working college student. I don't have the time or the money or the energy to deal with this. But thanks to this piece of crap company I now have to. Please take my advice and go somewhere else!!! They are rude and snobby, on top of the fact they will DESTROY your car!!

I have received Excellent service and fair pricing from the Jeffersonville Big -O store. I Generally work with Danny,but the other Staff that I have had experience with have always been as knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. I have no fears about sending my family to this store for service

I'm extremely mad right now. I just got home from work and went in the house. When I came back out, I noticed my oil pan under my truck almost completely off. I just got my oil changed yesterday at 5pm. I realize it was the end of the day but I made an appointment with what services I wanted and it was confirmed ok to come at that time. I feel they rushed on my truck and did not secure it back properly. Thank God it didn't come completely off. Now the store is closed and they are closed tomorrow. I have to be to work Thursday morning at 730am and will have to find someone to fix it between now and then. I have been going to this store since they opened and I'm not sure I'll go back.

Hopefully tomorrow my 5th visit back will be better. Well thinvs were not better. On my last visit, well lets start from beginning, I purchased 4 new tires and got an oil change, noticed my van still VERY SLIGHTLY had a pull, so returned within the week to get an alignment. During this visit was told I needed a tie rod. Trusting the technician I agreed to have it replaced. Within hours of it being done, my van was horribly pulling. So same day I return and yes alignment was already very off. They pulled it in showed me paped and said it was fixed. Within a week, is still bad anx shacking too. So I return, they say my 2 front tires are defective replace them and say that should fix it. Not even 8 minutes down the road Nothing had even changed. So 4 days later once again I return. This time they replace the same tie rod AGAIN ,so must not have been done right, and no one noticed after how many visits? Re aligned and now want to tell me that on same tire the wheelbearing is out????? If so its probably due to driving on a bad tie rod or idiot technicians work. My van is still not driving right, and was soooooo much better before I ever brought it to your store. 1000.00 later and still have a van thats pulling and shaking, shking that was not ever there. And now almost 400 more? Thanks for the great service. I will be telling anyone who crosses my path how terrible.

My experience was horrible once I left the store. The workers were advised of the issue needing to be fixed and still corrected the problem incorrectly instead of asking for clarification. Due to this error, I was held accountable for towing my car to another big o tire store, which they agreed to pay towing cost and then backed out once I paid. Due to the workers negligence I paid 75.00 dollars to fix a problem big o tires was responsible for. I even spoke with a owner of the store and he nicely told me I was lying and wouldn't be reimbursed for towing fees. My recommendation for this store is to make you document every single thing they do and say.

Told me I needed an alternator. Got a second opinion and it was not bad. Had my tires rotated and had to return because they were not balanced. Was there twice in one month and I was there double the time they told me. Two and a half hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. Will not be returning after 12 years of loyalty.

Made an appointment online the day before I took the car in. My tires are from Big O so I usually get a free rotation. Had a coupon for an oil change for 29.99 so made appointment for that also. Appointment time was 1:00 PM. When I got to Big O I was told that I have a free rotation but the tires also needed to be balanced and there was a fee for this. Used coupon for oil change. Waited at store for car. At about 3:00 I went to counter and told employee that I was going to get something to eat at Zaxbys and did they have my phone number to call when car was finished. (had been there since 1:00 waiting) Walked next door and got something to eat. About 3:30 got a call that car was finished. Went to get car and paid 65.66 for service. Got the sticker and print out for car. I have 99,000 miles on car. my receipt said that I have 90,000 and am due for another rotation at 93,000. The receipt also said that my brakes are 90% worn on the front. I had the brakes and rotors replaced last December at 93,000. I called the store back the next day to ask about the error. Was told to come in at my convenience and they would correct the sticker that said I was due next rotation and oil change at 93,000 miles. That is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! How long would I have to wait for that??? Plus the inconvenience. That's entirely too long to wait for standard maintenance on my car.

Almost as soon as I walked in the person walked out to my car and she greeted me to check on my tire and it was repaired within half an hour even though I arrived about 20 minutes before closing.

Very disappointed in our experience here. We made an appointment online for a new tire. They website was excellent! I was able to research and compare several tires. So good, in fact, that I went back to the site and decided to upgrade to a better more expensive tire. I called the store and told them I still wanted to keep my appointment but would like to upgrade the tire. They said that would not be a problem. I then reminded the CR we talked to that we had changed the tire, he stated it was taken care of and we waited 30 min. The next day my husband noticed the tire was wrong. Our receipt and payment were for the upgrade, but the put the original cheaper tire on. We then brought it back to the store asap within the week. We waited another 45 min for them to replace the tire with the one we should have had originally. We got down the road and the sensor still said 10psi. We then took it back to BigO and they checked and said we had to drive on it longer at a higher speed...but it never corrected itself. The next day the warning came on that we needed to have the tire pressure system serviced and no reading on any tires were available. We then had to bring it back to the store for the 4th time and they had to fix the sensor which was "knocked off". Not only was this frustrating because it was time and energy that we lost...but each time we brought the issue to the attention of the CR and they either said "yes we know and it is good" or "you need to do this". The CR was not personable. I am sorry I did not get his name. But I will say Danny and Keith were very kind to us. I enjoyed the displays at the new store...unfortunately I had to spend so much time there on 4 occasions for 1 tire that I got to know the displays well. I will not return to this store. I believe it is possible so busy that they do not take the time to be sure things are done right. I hate to write a bad review...I am usually the one going out of my way to write a good review...but this was so unnecessary...and he was not apologetic at all.

I called for appt, Big O worked me in same day, and had completed oil change with in 2 hrs. I dropped off car and left it but service was quick.

I have dealt with Dennis for quite some time and never had an issue. Recently my daughter's car was towed to Big O. The next day we were told the fuel filter was bad and everything was set. my wife had been given prices for the filter as well as the fuel pump. that evening my daughter had to be picked up from the side of the road. the car was towed again the next morning. Now the pump was bad but not for the same price as quoted the day before. After a long conversation the price was lowered but I am not sure that I can have the same faith in the rest of the staff that I have had in Dennis for several years. When my daughter got her license I took her and introduced her to Dennis because I trusted him. I can no longer make the same statement.
