Big O Tires

Big O has good tires but terrible service. Any time I go in for an oil change or tire rotation it takes 2 hours or more. I have 2 vehicles with Big O tires, but they will be the last.

Went in to have a new tire put on right front and to have an alignment. On my first time on the highway, car shook badly. Called and got an appointment to have alignment checked. Arrived on time for appointment but alignment machine occupied. Made appointment for next day. My son brought car to store and, at first, nobody knew why he was there. Had car tested and it was out of alignment. Next day, after alignment, car still shook badly on the highway. Brought car back to store to have it checked for balance. Test showed it was badly out of balance. Car is fine now

Very pleasent visit. I always expect the best from my BigO Tire people and that is what I always get.

Charged for tire warranty without being asked if I wanted.

This time it was an oil change. Courteous, quick, professional, friendly. Whether it is minor or extensive, Dennis and the team are great. Thank you!

I went today 5/6/2017 and had a repair done to my tire. I left there, went to lunch with my family, came out of the restaurant to a flat tire. I will never go back, and will not recommend this store to anyone I care about.

I came to your store 5/13/2019 suspecting that I may need new brake pads as my 2014 Hyundai had 52000 miles. I brought with me a set of like new pads for a 2012 Hyundai. I told the gentleman to use these pads if new pads were necessary. He basically said they probably wouldn't fit my car and recommended new pads. I left my car for the checkup and took the pads with me. The sales person ( Kevin ? a black gentleman) called and said I needed new rotors etc,etc for a total of $684.00 front and rear. I said, how much just for pads on the front and rear and he said 333.00. I came and got my car and went to Chips automotive where he installed the pad I presented to your man for a cost of $68.00. Full well the Holy Scriptures states,"they rob, they kill, they lie, they commit adultery and they don't even blush!!! Please publish this review for the innocent and unsuspecting!!! James E Baugh

I had a nail in the right rear tire on Saturday,and Keith was very helpful in getting the tire repaired in a professional and timely manner.

was disappointed that I paid for an front end alignment when I got my new tires over a year ago only to be told that it had a time frame on it and that was 3 days before my visit. I didn't realize that something I paid for had a limit on when to use it. My family and friends have been customers at big o for over 20 years and I have never had any issues until the move to this new location. This is the second issue Ive had here. So I was very disappointed that a long time customers was only offer a discount to get an alignment that was already paid for once. I have always told everyone I know to go to big o because the employees and owners are always helpful but I guest that has change with the new location.

Excellent service

I brought my car in because it was having issues not starting, they put in new alternator in and battery and it still wouldn't start after sitting. I took my car to another shop and found out it was the starter which is $379. That is ok but I also spent $417 at Big O for an alternator I didn't need. I feel as if they should have caught this so I was buying parts and getting work done I did not need

$27 to plug a tire & it took 1 1/2 hrs. Way 2 expensive!!!

I brought my car in to have a nail removed from a tire. Was told it was done, paid for it and went to get in my car and the nail was still in my tire!! Car had been taken somewhere for an hour but now work was done! Very disappointed!! Been coming here for years and never had this experience before!! Was ultimately taken care of after bringing it to their attention.

We have been Big O customers for several years. However, the last few years we have given them more chances than we should. My husband had his tires rotated on 2 different occasions and lugnuts were left untightened almost to the point of his tire falling off. Yesterday we took my daughter's car to get an oil change and tire rotation. They informed us that she needed new tires. I specifically asked if they checked her brakes and the store personnel replied, "we always check brakes when they rotate tires." So, I continued to confirm that hers were ok and he stated, "Yes, they are fine." We took my daughter's car to a different place for tires only to be told that her lugnuts were stripped, her brakes were "paper thin"--in which my husband verified because they showed him, and that her rotors were worn. I was very upset because this could have been a very dangerous situation for my daughter. Needless to say, Big O has officially LOST all my family's business.

Id purchased tires with this branch with the road hazard insurance and they did not want to uphold the warentee id fought tooth n nail with the manager and others untill the tire tech said it was from a road hazard. These jew pricks are and will never get my bussiness again not to mention ive reported it to the BBB and a local paper that goes after lemon shops like this one . If you value you warentee that you pay for than do not go to the Big Zero "0" they will not honor your warentee if they can . They bring an all new meaning to the Nazi Party if you are smart go to SCOTTSBURG TIRE IN SCOTTSBURG they truly honor their warentee and back it with a no question no problem!
